The cashier
A casino is judged as much on its cashier as on its games catalogue. Here are the methods accepted in and out, the timings we actually recorded, the daily limits and the one document that holds up a first withdrawal.
Funding the account
| Method | Balance credited | Minimum | Maximum per transaction | Rivo fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Instant | £10 | £5,000 | None |
| Mastercard | Instant | £10 | £5,000 | None |
| American Express | Instant | £20 | £5,000 | None |
| Apple Pay | Instant | £10 | £3,000 | None |
| Giropay | Instant | £10 | £4,000 | None |
| Sofort | Instant | £10 | £4,000 | None |
| CASHlib | Instant | £15 | £1,000 | None |
| Bitcoin, USDT, Litecoin | 1 to 3 network confirmations | £20 | No limit | None |
| Bank transfer (Faster Payments) | 1 to 3 working days | £50 | No limit | None |
Tier 1 of the welcome package opens from £10, but tiers 2 to 8 ask for at least £20. A £15 deposit therefore credits your balance without triggering the tier you were aiming for. The full detail is on the promotions page.
How it works
Identity verification
This is the only piece of admin in the cashier, and it happens once. Until it is finished, no withdrawal request is processed, whatever method you choose. Better to do it when you open the account than on the day of a win.
| Document | What is accepted | Validity |
|---|---|---|
| ID document | Passport, national identity card, driving licence | In date |
| Proof of address | Energy bill, bank statement, council tax bill | Less than 3 months old |
| Payment method | Card with only the last 4 digits visible | If you deposited by card |
| Crypto wallet | Screenshot of the receiving address | If withdrawing in crypto |
In our tests, approval took a little under twenty-four hours, proof of address included. Documents must be in the account holder’s name: an account opened in someone else’s name is refused and the balance frozen.
The three causes of a hold
Outside these three cases, no withdrawal was refused during our tests.
Ask a questionWe opened an account, deposited first by card and then in USDT, and requested two withdrawals through different channels. The aim was simple: to check whether the published timings match the real ones, which is far from always the case in this sector.
Crypto is well out in front
The USDT request placed one evening at 9pm was paid before midnight, network fees deducted. This is the channel that opens the widest gap with the competition, where twenty-four to forty-eight hours remains the norm even in crypto. Two things explain it: internal processing does not wait for an operator to approve by hand once verification is complete, and the £10,000 daily limit saves you from splitting a large win into several separate requests.
One caveat is worth stating: network fees stay at your expense, and they move with congestion. On a £100 withdrawal, a few pounds of fees change the maths. For small amounts, a card is often cheaper despite the wait.
The weak point, CASHlib on the way out
The prepaid voucher works well going in, especially if you would rather not hand over bank details. But it cannot be used to withdraw, which means registering another method the day you want to take money out. In other words, the comfort of an anonymous deposit is paid for on the way out. Apple Pay is in the same position.
What to take away
The strong points
The reservations
The times given here are the ones we recorded at the time of writing. An operator can change its limits, and a bank can add its own clearing delay. The status of each request stays visible in the account cashier.
Card, Apple Pay, voucher or crypto: your balance is credited in seconds and tier 1 adds a 200% bonus up to £500, with 10x wagering.

Ten pounds by debit card or Apple Pay, fifteen pounds with a CASHlib voucher, twenty pounds in cryptocurrency. One thing to watch: tier 1 of the welcome package opens from £10, but the following tiers ask for a minimum deposit of £20.
Under an hour as a rule for crypto wallets once verification is complete. Allow 24 to 72 hours by card and up to five working days for a bank transfer. The first withdrawal is always the slowest, because it is the one that triggers the checks.
No, the operator takes no fee going in or coming out. The blockchain network does apply its own transaction fees on cryptocurrency withdrawals, and some banks charge for receiving an international transfer.
A valid ID document, a proof of address less than three months old and, if you deposited by card, a photo of the card with only the last four digits visible. The file is sent once, before the first withdrawal.
Not freely. The closed loop rule requires funds to leave by the method used to deposit, up to the amount paid in. Above that, another method can be chosen. CASHlib is the exception: the voucher works for deposits but never for withdrawals, so you have to switch to a bank transfer or a card.
Four thousand pounds a day by card and by bank transfer, ten thousand pounds in cryptocurrency. The limit rises with loyalty status: from £4,000 when you open the account up to £10,000 at Great Fox status, across all methods.
